We want every customer at Mr Fog Nova Flavors to be happy with their order. We do our best to send the proper products in great shape. But if there is an issue with your order, our refund & returns are here to help.
There are some important safety and cleanliness rules for refunds & returns. because we sell disposable vape items. Please read this policy carefully before asking for a return.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You can only ask for a refund & return or replacement in the following situations:
- You got the wrong flavour or product.
- Your item came broken.
- When you initially open your device, it doesn’t operate.
- The package you ordered got misplaced in the mail.
- You didn’t get your order.
- To get a refund or replacement, you must:
- Unless the goods are broken, it must be unopened and unused.
- You have 14 days from the time you get the package to get in touch with us.
- Our support team must first approve all requests for refund & returns.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and show proof if an item is broken or not working.
How to Ask for a Return
If you have an issue with your order, please do the following:
1. Get in touch with our support team
Send us an email at support@mrfognovaflavors.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
A clear picture or video proof for products that are broken or not working right
2. Wait for Approval
Our team will look into your request. We will provide you with refund & returns instructions and a return authorisation (RMA) if your return is approved.
3. Send the Product Back
If you can, use the original packaging.
- For safety, pick a shipping method that can be tracked.
- We suggest getting shipping insurance because we are not liable for packages that get lost on the way back.
Please be aware: we might not receive returns in case you ship these items for refund & returns without telling us first.
Things That Can’t Be Refunded & Returned
For safety and cleanliness reasons, we can’t take anything back in the following situations:
- Used or opened vapes that can be thrown away
- Things that can be broken because they were utilised the wrong way, dropped, got wet or weren’t stored properly.
- Things that were shipped back without permission
- Things you didn’t get from mrfognovaflavors.com
- Use sample packs or package offers in part
These guidelines assist us in staying safe and following the safety terms.
How to Get Your Money Back
We will thoroughly look over the product you sent back once we get it.
If your refund is approved:
- Your original payment method will get the money back.
- After approval, processing takes 5 to 10 business days.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Please note:
Shipping costs are not refundable.
If your order came with free shipping, the cost of shipment may be taken from your refund.
We don’t give out prepaid refund & return shipping labels unless the item is wrong or broken.
Policy for Replacements
If your goods come broken or damaged:
We may send you a new one at no extra cost, depending on availability.
If you get the wrong item or it is broken, we will pay for the return shipping.
We may give you store credit or a similar item if the exact one you want is out of stock.
We want to fix the problem as soon as possible so you can enjoy your purchase without worry.
Exchanges
We don’t do direct trades.
If you desire a different taste or item:
- Refund & Returns the unopened item that is eligible.
- After you have approval, go to our website and place a new order.
You will have to pay the difference if you are trading in for a more expensive item. The new order may have to pay regular delivery rates.
Cancellations of Orders
You can only cancel your order before it has been sent out.
You can’t amend or cancel your order once it has been completed or sent. Before you finish your transaction, please check your cart again.
Packages that are lost or missing
If your tracking number says “Delivered” but you didn’t get your package,
First, get in touch with your local post office or shipping company.
Ask your neighbours or the office of your building.
If you still can’t find your shipment, please email us at support@mrfognovaflavors.com and we’ll look into it.
Important Notes
Always retain the email that confirms your order.
If you send something back, keep the receipt.
You may not be able to return items without permission.
Before a refund & return or replacement is given, all returned items are checked.
We can do refunds & returns if it doesn’t fit the rules we have in place.
